Convenient location, clean room, easy amenities. the hotel is near the train station making it simple to explore the area, and we found instant coffee and green tea bags available at the check-in desk for a quick refresh.

We visited Universal Studios and the Dotonbori area, both super fun. The location was great with easy access to the train stations, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, and luggage storage was a plus.

Rooms are tiny but cleanish. the hair dryer sparkled dangerously.

my stay at new hankyu was fantastic! it's very close to hankyu umeda station, making it super easy to explore. my room was surprisingly quiet, even being near the railway tracks, thanks to the excellent sound insulation. the lobby was also quite impressive and welcoming.

The rooms, especially the standard twin, are trapped in the past with their outdated decor and cramped layout. Odd smells linger in both the bathroom and closet—definitely not something you'd want after a long day. Sound insulation isn't much to rave about. you can easily hear your neighbors, so prepare for some noisy interactions. The nearest elevator only goes to the second floor, which makes hauling luggage a headache, especially if your room is at the far end. For what you pay, the space feels too pinched, with little room left for anything besides your bodies.
